Since 2017, we've been at the heart of startup ecosystems, bridging gaps between founders, funders, and support organizations. Our experience with 20+ partners and 2500+ startups across 5 countries has honed our expertise in fostering thriving entrepreneurial environments.
Our mission is to strengthen innovation ecosystems for a better tomorrow. We do this through providing cohort-tailored support and program consultation for ecosystem actors that serve, educate, and fund women-led and impact-oriented ventures.

‘Volition’ is defined by action and commitment.
It means that you not only have the power to choose, but that you also have the purpose and determination to see that choice through.
Our volition is to ensure that entrepreneurs not only have the power to choose their path, but that the path they choose is welcoming, safe, and accessible. Today, this isn’t the reality for many entrepreneurs. And in a world where so many voices and ideas are pushed to the margins, how can we expect to build a more sustainable, equitable future?

How We Serve Ecosystems Today
Program consultation and assessment, focusing on: Data Collection and Impact Measurement, EDI Gap Analysis, and Building Founder Friendly Programs;
Startup Advising: Matching startups with a qualified advisor with domain expertise in, for example, Funding Prep, Sales and Marketing Strategy, Product Roadmap, and Money Modeling;
Customized workshops and roundtables on crucial topics like Funding Pathways, Investor Mindset, Pitch Narrative, Sales Strategies, and IP Strategy.
Team Volition, I thought you ran pitch events?
While our origins started with pitch events, leading us to host 125 pitch events spanning 5 countries, including 34 women’s pitch events, we now focus primary on supporting our partners in their cohort and event programming. We do continue to run student showcases in Vancouver, B.C., with our partners at Langara College.
